traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) colleges and universities have made profound exposition on and rational plan for "developing a strong workforce for the modernization drive" . Based on the actual situation of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the three pillars in one collaborative education model

this article proposes measures to cultivate high-quality TCM interdisciplinary talents from the perspectives of education

science and technology

and talents. They aim at building high-level research-oriented universities

contributing to high-quality development of TCM

by in-depth integration of the three pillars. In this way

we hope to transform China into a modern strong socialist country in education

science and technology

and talents by accelerating modernization with Chinese characteristics.
