找出正确的规律和方法

才能真正寻求到中医药人才培养的最佳途径

从而带动整个中医药事业蓬勃发展。

Abstract

Talent nurturing is the key to development of Chinese medicine cause. Through history we can know clearly that history of Chinese medicine development is actually the history of Chinese medicine talent development. Only by looking back upon the history

conducting objective analysis to the present situation and finding out correct rules and methods of nurturing talents can we truly seek the best means of nurturing talents and thus promote vigorous development of the whole cause of Chinese medicine.
