摘要

通过对目前高等中医药院校毕业生就业难现状的调查与分析

提出改善大学生就业难状况的对策:大学生树立科学的就业观念

全面提高综合素质;学校深化教育教学改革

加强完善就业指导;就业单位解放思想

树立科学人才观;政府加强宏观调控管理

不断完善就业市场。

Abstract

By means of investigation and analysis of job-seeking difficulties among graduates from higher institutions of Chinese medicine

this paper gives some countermeasures. College students should set up new scientific concepts of employment

and improve their overall qualities. Colleges and universities should deepen educational and teaching reforms and directions about how to get employed should be given to their students. Talent-hiring units should further unbind thoughts and set up scientific view of employment. The government should enhance macro administration and gradually perfect employment market.
