Abstract: The ideas and methods of talent sharing strategy are proposed through analyzing talent competition in other countries and present talent situation and problems in China's western region. These ideas and methods include combination of regular aiding Tibet with flexible introduction, attracting talents, borrowing intelligence, constructing the highland of Tibetan medical education and research and medical talent team. The engineering of four-in-one (one course, one lecture, one project and one talent), and three-step strategy for Tibetan medical talents are performed. These ideas and methods will mobilize talent cultivation in Tibet, promote development of Tibetan medical education, and improve double first-class construction of Tibet University of Traditional Tibetan Medicine.
