摘要: 针对新冠肺炎疫情可能给中医药院校在校学生带来的诸如信息过载、创伤应激、心态变化、信任危机、出国安全、就业选择等问题,站在中医药院校医药专业教师的角度阐述对疫情及疫情期间重大事件的认识,结合以往疫情对在校学生产生心理影响的经验,以彰显医护人员在抗疫时的突出贡献、强调抗疫时党的坚强领导和人民的团结一致、突出中医药在战胜疫情过程中发挥的巨大作用为原则,引导学生调整心态、强化目标、重建习惯,帮助其尽快排解负面情绪,建立新冠肺炎疫情医护人员和药学及基础医学人员先进事迹教育素材案例库,打造特定案例与中医药专业知识结合的疫情案例课堂为方法的中医药专业课程。通过精心的课程设计与实施,达到化危为机,提升学生对中医药事业的热爱,增强中医药院校学生的民族自豪感和自信心,稳定学生心理状态,尽快恢复乐观积极学习状态的目的。

Abstract: During the outbreak of COVID-19, colleges students are required to stay at home and learn online. This new situation has imposed such challenges to college students as information overload, trauma stress, psychological changes, crisis of trust, safety of going abroad, and employment. This paper provides the understanding of epidemic situations and information of the major events during the epidemic periods from the perspective of TCM specialists. Together with the past experiences of epidemic psychological impacts on college students, this paper highlights the outstanding contributions of medical staff in fighting against epidemics, emphasizes the party’s strong leadership and the unity of the people during the epidemic outbreak, and stresses the significant role TCM in battling the epidemic. Guided by the above principles, colleges students are facilitated to adjust their attitudes, re-identify their goals, reconstruct their habits to get rid of negative emotions. Besides, stories of those dedicated people and their bravery deeds should be gathered, designed into course cases in combination with TCM knowledge. The author believes that the implementation of well-designed courses will not only enhance students’ enthusiasm for TCM, sense of national pride, and their self-esteem, but also stabilize their state of mind, as well as restoring their optimistic and positive learning state.
