中医热病医案分层次导读课程建设探讨*——以海南医学院为例

Discussion on the curriculum construction of hierarchical introduction to medical cases of febrile diseases: Taking Hainan Medical University as an example*

摘要: 医案教学作为中医理论联系临床的枢纽,能够提高学生临床思辨能力以及辨证论治的中医临床技能。当今医案教学并未体系化、课程化。发热性疾病作为中医的优势病种,目前尚无针对热病设立的课程。基于此,本团队创新地提出中医热病医案分层次导读课程建设,该课程选取中医治疗热病的典型医案,以分层次导读为主要思路进行课程建设,旨在通过该课程的建设,提高学生临床辨治热病的能力及临床辨证论治的水平。

Abstract: Medical-case teaching, the connection between TCM theory and clinical practice, can improve students’ clinical thinking ability and capacity in syndrome differentiation and treatment. Unfortunately, medical-case teaching has not been systematized, and medical-case course of febrile diseases is not available. Under this circumstance, we constructed a medical-case course of febrile diseases oriented by hierarchical reading. We selected typical TCM cases of febrile dieases, guiding students to study by providing a hierarchical introduction. It is hoped to enhance students’ ability to differentiate patterns of febrile diseases.
