新入职教师成长的影响因素研究——以北京中医药大学为例

Influencing factors on the growth of newly-employed teachers: Talking Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as an example

摘要: 目的 了解北京中医药大学影响新入职教师成长的因素与面临的困境,提出针对性的对策建议。 方法 对该校入职3年内的教师进行问卷调查,运用χ2检验判断不同因素构成比的差别。结果 社会学因素中性别、学历、入职前就读学校、入职时间和学科类别的构成比差别均具有统计学意义;工作相关因素中每周工作时长和每周休息天数的构成比差别均具有统计学意义。结论 学校应进一步完善相关保障制度,拓宽资助扶持范围、搭建合作成长平台,发挥前辈引导作用、科学规划教师成长路径、关注非优势学科教师成长,激发新入职教师的积极性与创造性,促进成长。

Abstract: Objective This paper aims at investigating influencing factors on the growth of newly-employed teachers in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and providing countermeasures. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on teachers within three years of employment, and the chi-square test was used to identify the difference due to composition ratio of different factors. Results In terms of sociological factors, there were statistically significant differences in gender, educational background, pre-employment school, time of employment, and discipline. In terms of working factors, weekly working hours and weekly resting days were statistically different. Conclusions The school should adopt the following countermeasures to the development of newly-employed teachers: improving the relevant guarantee system, expanding the scope of funding, constructing the cooperative platform for growth, giving full play to the guiding role of prominent teachers, making proper plans of personal growth, paying special attention to the growth of non-dominant discipline teachers, and stimulating the enthusiasm and creativity of new teachers.
