基于微信公众平台的案例教学在骨伤科实习中的应用*

摘要: 目的 探讨微信公众平台作为新媒体载体,结合案例教学在骨伤科实习中的应用效果。方法 将中医学专业大学本科实习生80名,随机分为2组,每组各40人,实验组采用基于微信公众平台的案例教学,对照组采用传统带教方式,在出科后比较两组的考核成绩、学生综合能力自我评价、教学满意度评价。结果 实习1个月后,实验组与对照组在出科成绩考核方面,其中理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩、病例分析成绩比较,两组间有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01);学生综合能力自我评价方面,学习兴趣、沟通能力、操作能力、综合处置能力方面,两组间有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01);自学能力、医学知识、创新能力、临床思维能力、文献检索能力、分析问题能力,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学满意度方面,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于微信公众平台的案例教学有助于快速提高骨伤科实习学生的临床综合能力及实习质量,值得推广。

Abstract: Objective This paper discusses the application of cases in practical teaching of Orthopedics based on WeChat platform. Methods Eighty undergraduate interns majoring in traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups with 40 students in each group. The experimental group adopted case teaching based on WeChat platform, while the control group adopted traditional teaching method. A comparative analysis was conducted between the two groups in students’ performances, self-evaluation on students’ comprehensive ability, and evaluation on students’ satisfaction towards teaching. Results After 1 month of practice, there was statistical significance between the experimental group and the control group in the performance assessment, including the theoretical test scores, operational test scores and case analysis scores (P<0.01). In terms of self-evaluation of students’comprehensive ability, learning interest, communication ability, operational ability and comprehensive ability, there was statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.01). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant in self-study ability, innovative ability, clinical thinking ability, literature retrieval ability, problem analysis ability (P<0.05) . There was statistically significant difference in teaching satisfaction between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions The case-based teaching aided by WeChat platform can enhance students’ comprehensive ability in Orthopedics department as well as the improvement of teaching quality.
