护理本科生参加导医志愿服务的积极体验研究*

摘要: 目的 了解护理本科生参加导医志愿活动后内心的积极体验。方法 采用半结构式深入访谈法,对11名参加过导医志愿服务的护理本科生进行访谈。访谈后采用传统内容分析法,对资料进行分析。结果 提取出学生内心体验的4个主题:实现自我价值,提高专业水平,获得职业认同感,确立职业生涯规划。结论 护理本科生参与导医志愿服务有较大收获,对专业学习、职业前景等有较好影响,学校领导层应该重视学生参加导医志愿服务的内心体验,对学生进行相关培训,增设相关课程,提高导医志愿服务与教学质量。

Abstract: Objective This paper aims at understanding positive experiences of voluntary medical guidance services provided by nursing undergraduates. Methods The semi-structured in-depth interview method was used to interview 11 nursing undergraduates who provided voluntary medical guidance services. After the interview, the traditional content analysis method was used to analyze the data. Results The following four aspects have been indentified from the data analysis: fulfillment of self-worth, improvement of expertise, recognition of professional identity, and establishment of career plan. Conclusions Undergraduate nursing students benefited a lot from voluntary medical guidance services, which exerted positive impacts on professional learning and career prospects. Students’ reflections on the experiences of this activity should be emphasized. The quality of voluntary medical guidance services can be improved by running relevant courses and conducting training.
