医教协同政策实施后北京市住院医师规范化培训效果的调查研究*

Investigation and research on the effects of standardized training of residents in Beijing after the implementation of medical education coordination policy*

摘要: 目的 从住院医师和临床医学硕士专业学位研究生两类培训对象角度,以岗位胜任力为导向,调查医教协同政策实施后北京市住院医师规范化培训的效果。方法 对已完成2016—2019年住院医师规范化培训并参与结业考试的培训对象的基本情况、培训完成情况和培训能力提高情况等进行问卷调查。结果 2019年参与北京市住院医师规范化培训效果调查的3 084名对象中66.67%为住院医师,33.33%为临床医学专业硕士学位研究生。经过住院医师规范化培训,两类培训对象的各项能力都有所改善,其中职业素养改善效果最显著,培训效果呈现显著差异,住院医师的整体培训效果优于临床医学硕士专业学位研究生;影响两类培训对象培训效果的因素无显著差异。结论 医教协同政策实施后,建议进一步探索更加满足两类培训对象不同需求的住院医师规范化培训模式,进一步提高住院医师规范化培训同质化。

Abstract: Objective With job competence as the orientation, this paper aims to investigate the effect of two types of standardized resident-trainees in Beijing after the implementation of the medical education coordination policy. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the basic situation, completion of training, and improvement of training ability of the trainees who have completed the standardized training of residents in 2016-2019 and also participated in the final exam. Results In 2019, 66.67% of the 3 084 subjects who participated in the survey on the effects of standardized training for residents in Beijing were resident doctors, and 33.33% were graduate students with master's degree in clinical medicine. After the standardized, the abilities of the two kinds of trainees have been improved, among which the improvement of professional quality is the most significant one. The overall training effect of resident doctors was better than that of master students. There is no significant difference in the factors affecting the training effect of the two types of resident-trainees. Conclusions After the implementation of the medical-education coordination policy, the overall training effect of resident doctors is better than that of graduate students. It is recommended to further explore the standardized training models that can better meet the different needs of the two types of trainees, and further improve the homogeneity of standardized training of residents.
