基于PBL教学模式的医院会计与财务管理课程教学改革应用研究*

摘要: 根据财会类课程的授课特点,基于PBL教学模式对医院会计与财务管理课程体系进行改革,并对参与教学改革的128名学生进行问卷调查。结果显示,大部分学生对于PBL教学模式的团队学习形式、互动式考核方式等表示满意;通过改革能够较大程度活跃课堂氛围,激发学生的学习积极性,提升学生对于课堂知识技能的掌握情况;通过统计学分析,课程改革能够较大程度提高学生的期末考试成绩和课程成绩。但在实施过程中,应该关注学习团队的构建及考核、问题化案例编制困难、对教师综合能力要求较高等难点。

Abstract: According to the teaching characteristics of finance and accounting courses, we reformed the course system of hospital accounting and financial management based on a PBL teaching mode, and also conducted a questionnaire of 128 students. The findings showed that most students were satisfied with the team-learning style and interactive assessment of the PBL teaching mode. The classroom atmosphere can be greatly activated, and students’ enthusiasm can be stimulated so that students can better obtain knowledge in class. Statistically, the reform greatly improved students’ final examination scores and course performances. However, we should take some issues into consideration in the reforming process, such as team construction, assessment, preparation for teaching cases and higher requirements for the comprehensive ability of teachers.
