应用因子分析探讨卫生监督部门卫生法学实习教学的影响因素

摘要: 目的 卫生法学专业是一个理论性和实践性都很强的多学科交叉专业,单纯的理论教学不能满足学生对知识的理解,高校与政府的卫生监督部门合作,开展实践教学具有重要意义。通过研究确定卫生监督部门承担高校卫生法学实践教学的影响因素,分析目前存在的问题,提出解决问题的方法和措施,为提高卫生监督部门各教学组的教学质量提供决策支持。方法 通过文献综述和专业教学组讨论,筛选出影响实践教学的关键因素,由接受实践教学的学生进行影响因素重要性评价,再通过因子分析法,将影响因素归纳为4个因子,并分析学生对不同因素的评价,为进一步完善实践教学提供理论依据和数据支持。结果 提取出4个公因子,分别为实践教学目标、教学计划、教学过程、教学效果,这4个因子的累积贡献率达94.7%。结论 卫生监督部门作为实习带教的合作单位,在开展实践教学过程中还存在一些问题,应进一步加强实践教学质量的过程控制和研究,明确理论和实践有机结合的教学目标,完善实践教学方案的设计,积极调动学生参与实践教学积极性。

Abstract: Objective Health law is a multidisciplinary subject with strong theoretical and practical characteristics. Theoretical teaching alone cannot enhance students’ understanding of knowledge. Therefore, it is of great significance for colleges and universities to cooperate with governmental health supervision departments to carry out practice teaching. This paper aims at identifying current problems in the practice teaching and providing factor analysis, and proposing measures to solve the problems. Methods We identified some influencing factors based on literature review and discussion, analyzed these factors in practice teaching, and then classified the problems into four factors. We also collected students’ feedbacks on the four factors, which provided theory and data for improving practice teaching. Results We identified four common factors: teaching objective, teaching plan, teaching process and teaching effect, all of which constitute 94.7% of the cumulative contribution rate. Conclusion As cooperative practice teaching units, health supervision sections should improve the quality control in the process of practice teaching, emphasize the integration of theory and practice, improve teaching design, and stimulate students’ initiatives in participating in practice teaching.
