传统门诊见习与病房案例教学结合的中医诊断学课间见习模式探索

摘要: 目的 探讨传统门诊教学与病房案例教学结合的中医诊断学课间见习模式的效果。方法 将287名北京中医药大学课间见习学生按照专业、班级不同分为试验组和对照组,其中对照组145人,试验组142人,对照组采用传统门诊见习模式,试验组在门诊见习的基础上,结合病房案例式教学,在见习始、末学生通过问卷进行见习自我评价。结果 见习后学生自我评价项目 “新知识、新事物与自身知识体系链接能力”、 “运用四诊收集病人病情资料与要领掌握情况”、 “对生命意义和人生价值,尊重生命、敬畏生命、关爱生命的理解”有明显差异,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 门诊与病房案例式教学结合的教学模式,能够使学生体会中医四诊的采集过程,初步建立临床思维,培养了医学生人文关怀精神,切实提高了医学人才培养质量。

Abstract: Objective This paper explores the effect of clinical practice mode combined with outpatient probation and case-based ward teaching in diagnostics of TCM. Methods A total of 287 trainee students of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were divided into experimental group and control group according to their major and class, among which 145 were control group and 142 were test group. The control group adopted the traditional clinical practice mode, and the experimental group combined with the case teaching of ward on the basis of the traditional mode. At the beginning and end of the internship, the students evaluated themselves and their learning by a questionnaires. Results The findings of students’ self-evaluation showed the two groups are statistically different in “ability to acquire new knowledge, new things and establish their own knowledge system”, “ability to collect patients’ clinical information by four diagnostic methods, and make sound judgments”, “ability to understand meaning and value of life as well as respecting for life, reverence for life and caring for life ”(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined practice mode enables students to experience the whole process of collecting information by using four diagnostic methods, enhance their TCM clinical thinking, cultivate their humanistic spirit, and improve the cultivating quality of medical talents.
