高校思政课教师主体性缺失原因及对策初探

摘要: 思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,发挥着不可替代的作用。而前高校思想政治理论课教学中存在的教师主体性缺失现象,直接影响了教学实效性的发挥,更关系到教师职业精神塑造。造成这一现象的原因是多方面的,应该从教师自身、教育管理及评价机制等方面着手,正视教师主体性的重要性,全面建构教师主体性,从而有效发挥教师主体性,营造可持续性发展的良好教学实践环境。以提升思想政治理论课教学实效性,更好地发挥思想政治理论课的立德树人作用。

Abstract: Ideological and political courses are key courses to play an irreplaceable role in fulfilling the basic task of cultivating students with morality. However, the absence of teacher’s subjectivity in ideological and political courses has directly affected the effectiveness of teaching and shaping of teacher’s professional spirit. There are many reasons for this phenomenon, so we should reconsider the teacher’s subjectivity from the role, management and assessment of teacher, thus comprehensively constructing teacher’s subjectivity, effectively bringing it into play and developing a sustainable teaching environment. By so doing, we can improve the effectiveness of the teaching of ideological and political courses and better play the role of teacher in moral education.
