金匮要略教学探索——回归“病脉证并治”逐级分类循证推理之临床诊疗模式

Teaching exploration of Synopsis of Golden Chamber: Return to diagnosis and treatment mode of “combined treatment of disease-pulse-syndrome” based on evidence-based reasoning of hierarchical classification

摘要: 基于“病脉证并治”诊疗模式之下的教学理念,金匮要略教学之重点,是回归“病→脉→证→治”逐级分类循证推理之临床诊疗模式。即将每一条原文所记载真实世界的临床诊治实践,根据“病→脉→证→治”逐级分类循证推理过程去提出问题,层层递进,以临床问题带动条文的讲解,进而训练提升“病→脉→证→治”临床诊疗模式及临床诊疗决策思维能力及技巧。

Abstract: Guided by the diagnosis and treatment mode of “combined treatment of disease-pulse-syndrome”, the essential of Synopsis of the golden chamber teaching is to return to the mode of evidence-based reasoning of the hierarchical classification. That is to say, teachers should ask questions according to the reasoning process of “disease→pulse→syndrome→treatment” step by step based on clinical diagnosis and treatment practice recorded in each original text of Synopsis of the golden chamber. By so doing, teachers can further explain the original texts by putting forward clinical questions, which will eventually enhance students’ ability of clinical diagnosis and treatment in decision-making and skills.
