基于PDCA循环的复合教学模式在温病学教学中的应用

摘要: 温病学是一门经典临床基础学科,是中医理论体系的重要组成部分,目前,各中医药院校对温病学的教学还不够完善,与临床实践联系不紧密,不利于培养学生的中医临床思维。运用PDCA循环理论为指导,将温病学教学划分为“案例教学-对分课堂”的布置、病案分析与课堂讨论、小结汇报与教学互动、评价、总结处理5部分,以改善温病学教学现状,提高学生对理论知识的掌握,培养中医临床思维。

Abstract: As an important part of TCM theory, Febrile Diseases is a basic classical subject in clinic. However, the teaching of Febrile Diseases in TCM colleges and universities is incomplete and loosely connected with clinical practices, which is not conducive to the cultivation of student’s clinical thinking of TCM. Guided by PDCA cycle theory, we redesigned the teaching into five parts to improve students’ command of the knowledge and cultivate their TCM clinical thinking: case-teaching in the split class, case discussion and class discussion, group presentation and teaching and learning interaction, assessment of learning and summarizing.
