Mini-CEX表在中医内科临床教学形成性评价中的应用研究*

Application of Mini-CEX in formative evaluation of clinical teaching in Chinese internal medicine*

摘要: 将Mini-CEX表应用到中医临床的教学中,对中医脑病科的实习生临床教学效果进行评价,通过核心能力末期评量结果与初期整体表现的评量结果比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05),实习生对Mini-CEX表评估方法的问卷调查满意度为100%。通过Mini-CEX表的评估应用,可客观评价实习生的临床诊疗水平,有利于带教老师及时发现问题、解决问题,提高教学水平。同时,有利于激发实习生对临床实习的积极性和主动性,提高实习生的自我认知水平、临床诊疗思维及实践能力。

Abstract: The application of Mini-CEX in TCM clinical teaching is to evaluate clinical practice effect of interns in department of TCM encephalopathy. The difference of core ability between final evaluation and initial performance is statistically significant (P<0.05). Also, the result of questionnaire on students’ satisfaction of Mini-CEX was 100%. Mini-CEX can objectively evaluate clinical ability of interns, which in turn can help teachers to find out and solve problems as well as improving teaching quality. It could further arouse interns’ enthusiasm to the improvement of their self-awareness, clinical diagnostic thinking and practical ability.
