医教研协同推进中医药学科专业建设的探索与实践——以山东中医药大学为例

摘要: 医教研协同既是中医药学科专业提升自身建设水平的重要途径,又是对接行业产业、服务社会的有效手段。阐述医教研协同的内涵,分析医教研协同推进中医药学科专业建设面临的问题,并介绍了山东中医药大学在推进学科专业建设方面紧紧抓住医教研协同这一有力抓手,围绕中医药学科专业建设,开放办学、扩大合作、激发活力,在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务等方面成效显著。

关键词: 医教研协同, 中医药人才, 学科建设

Abstract: Collaboration of treatment, teaching and research is not only an important way to improve TCM disciplinary construction, but also an effective means to adjust itself to industries and services. This paper analyzed the connotation of collaboration of treatment, teaching and research, identified the problems in promoting TCM disciplinary construction, and further introduced the case of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The university enhanced TCM disciplinary construction by adopting opening-up policy to expand the scope of cooperation with different institutions and businesses, and made achievements in TCM talents cultivation, scientific research and social services.
