“以学生为本”视域下中医诊断学课程 “形成性评价”模式的构建*

摘要: 自“形成性评价”的概念提出后,在教育界得到广泛重视,而“以学生为本”也是近年来提倡的教育理念,本课程组在“以学生为本”的视域下,基于中医诊断学学科结构和特点,并在符合形成性评价的目的和特征的基础上,以全面提升学生专业素质为目标,将学生学习积极性、主动性及学生赞成度、支持度、满意度等情况纳入到课程教学活动中,并体现在“形成性评价”中,构建了中医诊断学“形成性评价”模式,并对该模式包含的理论基础及目标构建进行了阐述,具体描述了“形成性评价”的评价方式及操作规程。

Abstract: The concept of formative evaluation has been widely regarded in the field of education, and student-oriented approach has been advocated in education in recent years. Guided by student-oriented approach, the research constructed a formative evaluation model of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) integrating with the discipline structure and characteristics of diagnostics of TCM as well as the purpose and characteristics of formative evaluation. With the goal of improving students’ comprehensive quality, students’ enthusiasm and initiatives, their approval, support and satisfaction were integrated into the teaching activities, and these elements were further reflected in the formative evaluation to enhance students’ specialized qualities in diagnostics of TCM. The paper also discussed the theoretical basis and objective construction of the model, and further illustrated the evaluating methods and operating procedures of this formative evaluation.
