关于《中医诊断学》全国统编教材沿革的探讨*

摘要: 通过探讨第一版至第五版《中医诊断学》教材的发展及演变,旨在促进今后《中医诊断学》教材建设的进一步发展。根据对教材编写背景、教材内容、编写结构的梳理对比,总结得出:一版教材完成了从无到有的奠基工作;二版教材增强了诊断学理论的系统性;三版教材基本确立了中诊两大核心理论的框架;四版教材使教材内容进一步丰富;五版教材集1~4版教材之长,使中医诊断学科的理论体系架构基本定型,为之后《中医诊断学》各版教材的编写奠定了坚实的基础。

Abstract: This study aims at promoting the development of compilation of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) by reviewing the previous five editions of the textbook. Based on the analysis of their cultural backgrounds, contents and text structures, it is concluded that the first edition laid the foundation of diagnostics of TCM; the second edition enhanced the systematization of diagnostic theories; the third edition formed the basic framework of the two core theories; the fourth edition enriched the content of the textbook; the fifth edition, inheriting the merits of the previous editions, established the theoretical framework of diagnostics of TCM. The latest edition has laid solid foundations for the future compilation of diagnostics of TCM.
