论价值分析法在高校师资队伍考核体系建设中的应用

摘要: 高等院校师资队伍考核体系是教育管理中的一项重要组成部分。在高校师资队伍考核体系建设中,普遍存在许多问题和误区。价值分析法是一种全面、科学的评价方法,但在人力资源管理中的应用极少。从教学质量、科研效率、团队合作精神、职业道德修养和社会服务水平等5个方面,探讨“价值分析法”在师资队伍考核体系建设中的应用,并对其具体实施过程的合理性和可行性进行系统阐述,为进一步加强和完善高校师资队伍考核体系提供理论依据,最终提高师资队伍整体水平。

Abstract: Teaching staff evaluation system makes an important component of educational administration in colleges and universities. There exist many problems and misunderstandings. Value analysis is an overall scientific evaluation method which is seldom applied in human resource management. This paper tried to discuss the application of value analysis in the construction of university teaching staff evaluation system. Five dimensions were considered, namely: teaching quality, research effect, team spirit, moral cultivation, and social service. Both reasonability and feasibility during the implementation process were expounded systematically to provide theoretical basis for the evaluation system. The purpose was to ultimately improve the integral level of the teaching staff.
